Individual Online Therapy - Statewide in Alabama

Supportive talk therapy and clinical hypnotherapy in the comfort and safety of your own home via secure video sessions.

Deborah Gasque Hovater, MS, LPC, NCC, GC-C, CCH

My approach

I help adults in Alabama feel safe to process their anxiety, depression, grief, phobias, or fears so they can heal and discover their next steps in life. Together we can work through the overwhelming feelings that steal your joy and find your path to a life worth living.

My approach utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Clinical Hypnotherapy (if desired) as well as various other modalities.

Clinical Hypnotherapy is an approach that allows you to heal and reach your goals in a shorter time. It is a safe, effective, direct, natural approach to address emotional issues (without retraumatizing).

Clinical Hypnotherapy provides a link back to “early decisions” and facilitates understanding on an emotional level as well as a cognitive level. Through this process you can gain insight, coping skills, heal from the past, and move forward toward the life that you deserve to live.

I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to work with you as you discover your strengths to achieve your best life.

I love empowering people to find their personal strength and resiliency to live life to the fullest. You don't have to do this alone!

Providing you a safe space to connect, share and process.

The Free consultation and all of your therapy appointments will take place online (from the comfort and safety of your home) on your phone, tablet, or computer via a secure HIPAA compliant video connection.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
